For what purpose do we process personal data and for how long?
The data may be used for legitimate business and B2B marketing purposes, i.e., to maintain a database of website enquirers and to offer products and services, for as long as the legal grounds exist for this type of processing.
We collect your personal data so that we can respond to your enquiries and provide information about our solutions. We process the personal data you enter in our contact form in order to respond to your enquiry, to provide information about our products and services, and to fulfil any subsequent contractual obligations. In addition, we may process the data in order to fulfil our legal obligations (registration, accounting, archiving) and to safeguard our legal claims.
Personal data collected through cookies is processed with your consent (granted by ticking the relevant option in the cookie banner after you are notified that we use cookies). Who can access your personal data?
Your personal data is processed by the Controller; however, it may also be processed for the Controller by other entities (as processors), strictly to the extent necessary.

• Website hosting and forms platform: Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.
• Email and productivity services: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
• Analytics and traffic measurement: Google Analytics 4.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): FuelOmat CRM, hosted on Amazon Web Services (Frankfurt, EU region).
We have contracts in place with all processors which are designed to safeguard your personal data. We may further authorise other data processors (such as carriers or other operators involved in the performance of a contract), but only to the extent necessary.
Is your information transferred internationally?
Our website is hosted on Webflow, a US-based service provider, which means that personal data collected via the website may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where such transfers occur, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Article 46 GDPR, or other legally recognised safeguards (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable), to ensure that your personal data continues to receive an adequate level of protection. Copies of the relevant safeguards can be made available upon written request to privacy@fluenix.eu.
Personal data relating to our customers' operational use of the Fluenix system (such as fuelling transaction data) is processed under separate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) signed directly with each customer and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
