Fluenix for Slovenské farmárske a.s. Operations
Slovenské farmárske a.s. is our largest agricultural customer in Slovakia, with 20 agricultural entities. We implemented the project in cooperation with a representative from the Czech Republic who was in charge of the project. We successfully installed more than 400 vehicles and machines and over 20 filling stations. These efforts have contributed significantly to optimizing agricultural operations and greatly simplified operational processes. The project was implemented in 2021.

As our largest agricultural customer in Slovakia, Slovenské farmárske a.s. operates a massive network spanning 20 agricultural entities. Managing an agricultural operation of this magnitude requires absolute precision, high fleet availability, and streamlined operational processes.
By deploying Fluenix across our 20 agricultural entities, we successfully automated more than 400 machines and over 20 filling stations, contributing significantly to optimizing our entire agricultural operations.

Operating 20 distinct agricultural entities created severe logistical and operational complexities for Slovenské farmárske a.s. Managing a massive fleet of more than 400 specialized vehicles and machines alongside over 20 decentralized filling stations without automation led to fragmented data, slow operational processes, and high administrative overhead during critical farming seasons.
Cross-Border Automation and Unified Fuel Infrastructure Rollout
In close cooperation with a representative from the Czech Republic who was in charge of the project, Fluenix deployed a comprehensive fuel and fleet automation framework. The solution unified all 20 filling stations and more than 400 vehicles under one automated system, bringing total visibility and control to the entire agricultural operation.

Thanks to the modular design of the Fluenix platform, the system was deployed quickly and without interfering with daily operations.
Installation covered station controllers, tank monitoring equipment, and RFID components across the fleet, followed by staff training. The transition from manual to automated fuel management was smooth, immediate, and disruption-free.
