Fluenix Fuel Automation for KALCIT Mining Operations
KALCIT s.r.o. is a Czech mining company extracting high-purity limestone, granodiorite, and silica sands. In May 2025, we deployed the Fluenix fuel management system across their Vranov, Dolní Lhota, and Líšeň production sites, securing fueling operations for approximately 90 vehicles using both stationary and mobile units.

Daily fueling of heavy mining and transport equipment across multiple quarry sites presents a significant logistical challenge. KALCIT needed a reliable way to monitor fuel consumption, prevent unauthorized fueling, and streamline administrative reporting for both stationary tanks and mobile units operating directly in the pits.
Fluenix Deployment Across Stationary and Mobile Units
In May 2025, Fluenix was installed across KALCIT’s three main production sites. The comprehensive deployment integrated the Fluenix system into three stationary fueling stations and three mobile IBC Cube units, providing accurate identification for every operator and vehicle during each transaction.
